The house , built at the beginning of the 20th century and restored in 1997 and 2015, is a faithful example of the type of rural architecture of the time. Its L shaped construction invites you to discover features of the rural Canary Island architecture which are now no longer used, its thick mud and stone walls, gabled roof wooden ceilings, spacious and comfortable rooms surrounding a portico, facing the South and preserving all the charm of days gone by, showing us a way of life where the total blending in with the natural environment were the necessary conditions to live in a rural environment.
The area is also full of paths and country lanes , which you can cover on foot, by bike... and which join up the different villages or places of scenic, natural, birdlife beauty, etc.
