Welcome to Villa, our private beachfront home on beautiful Tankah Bay. Our villa is a large 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom multi-level home with over 4000 square feet of living space designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from all living areas and outdoor patios.

Each of the 4 large bedrooms is furnished with a plush king-size bed, private bathroom, large closet, air conditioning and an ocean-facing balcony. In addition, 2 of the bedrooms also have bunk beds. There is an on-site caretaker and daily maid service and cooking service for breakfast & dinner provided Mon. thru Sat. You just pay for the groceries and a small shopping fee, and our staff prepares your wonderful home-cooked meals right at the villa.

The villa has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, rich wood cabinetry and culinary cookware. There is a comfortably furnished indoor living/dining area, and a relaxing ocean-facing tile-roof patio with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. The large outdoor pool area is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Enjoy the gentle sea breezes and the wonderful views of the enchanting turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Spent a week here with three families. Great set up to relax and have fun in the ocean, and close enough to town to enjoy that, too. On site staff were friendly, kept everything clean, and cooked wonderful food. Wonderful vacation.

We had an awesome experience. I cannot say enough about the care we were given by Yobani and Edith. The property is beautiful, clean, safe and comfortable. We were a party of 10 and we not on top of one another. To sit on the veranda and have breakfast, lunch and dinner as the waves kissed the shores was relaxing. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Excellent way to spend Thanksgiving!

Our family of 5 spent a week at the Casa Soleada. It was a wonderful place. Edith cooked meals for us all but 2 of the days. Breakfast on the veranda oceanside was our favorite. The house was beautiful, well furnished, and in a safe area. Food at the restaurants down the street were also very good. We did not rent a car. Instead, we took taxis. On the first day, we found a taxi driver that we really liked and he became our personal driver for the rest of the trip. Made things easy. Book your trip to this location. You will not be disappointed.

This stay was absolutely incredible. The beach access and kayaking was amazing. The cenote is also a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend this place. The caretakers are THE BEST part.

I can’t say enough good things. The communication and flexibility of the host was great. The location and the house was amazing, the pool was great such a beautiful private beach. We felt safe the whole time and it was easy to get a cab to and from the house. The food and service of the caretakers was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things and would come back to stay any day! If you are looking for a house in Tulum this is it!

This house is amazing! Literally, anything you want and need is available. The house caretaking team: Yobani, Edith, Odalis & Jose were amazing and made this experience even better. Plus Yobani&Ediths daughter and puppy were adorable and pop in and out a bit which was sweet. The Pros: the house is super clean, the pool area is relaxing, all the rooms are large and comfy, the beach is great for sunbathing and plenty of water activities, and the food Edith makes is incredible. Definitely take advantage of that. Having groceries already at the house when we arrived was great and helpful but we did our own shopping after that. The Mayan cooking experience was amazing, both learning how and the taste of the food. Cons: seaweed makes it tough/gross to get into the water but the staff did their best to clear it up a bit. Electricity - we lost it twice for the entire night. 100% no one's fault but in 90° plus weather, no ac overnight was rough to sleep in. Also no electric means no wifi which meant almost impossible to communicate with the owner. All in all I would definitely come back. There is so much to do in the area. Make sure you have cash, I feel bad and wanted to give the staff more money but at the end of the trip squaring up there was some confusion and I wish I could have left more on a card but it wasn't possible!
