The house is tastefully decorated with Hand Made local wood Mexican furnishings. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Sorpresa. It’s a beautiful property with all the amenities. Was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very good communication with the owners/property management. Transportation was arranged for us and the driver was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. You will not regret your stay at this property.

I rented this place for a family trip with my daughter, Son-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter. It was perfect for us. The high wall and get made us feel secure. Great neighborhood with so many great places to eat everywhere. You can see the ocean just 2 blocks away from just outside the gate. The house is beautifully decorated, beds are very comfortable and the vibrant colors and architectural features of the house are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The weather was, hot, humid and rainy so we really took advantage of the pool. The outdoor area is a lovely extension of the house and we had great meals and lots of family time out there. We highly recommend Casa Sorpresa.

Very nice vacation rental. Property was great and a good value. Very good location to the beach and center of town. Quiet at night. Umbrella and chairs were provided to take to the beach. Neighborhood and some very good restaurants and small market. Great pastry shop up the street. Pool temperature was cool, but it was February. Property manager was very responsive to any concerns we had. This will be our rental in the future when we go back to Sayulita. For a great sailing experience try ADAsailing.

This lovely Casa was perfect for 2 couples while staying in Sayulita. There was plenty of room and had the amenities we could want or need. The locations n was perfect, 1 block from the beach. The pool was very inviting and the waterfall was very relaxing while we sat out and had our morning coffee. There is a very good coffee shop right next door. We did rent a golf cart that was very convenient in exploring this wonderful town. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. Very helpful in renting a golf cart and arranging transportation to the airport. Can’t wait to come back!

Great property where you can spend the entire day..the location close to the beach and shops makes it a great place to be. Lovely pool and garden..nicely decorated house and well-equipped kitchen along withthe outdoor showers make it an ideal place to vacation. Wifi worked well
